Senior Professor in Integrated Management Systems (2012) in the field of Production Engineering at UNESP, Postdoctoral degree (2006) and PhD (2005) in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, Masters in Business Administration (2001) from PUC-SP, and Civil Engineer (1997) from USJT. His main research and teaching interests include Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Social Responsibility); Sustainability/Corporate Environmental Management; and Industry 4.0/5.0. He is currently the Deputy Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Engineering and the Undergraduate Program in Production Engineering at FEG/UNESP. He was also Head of the Production Department at FEG/UNESP, served two terms as Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Production Engineering at FEG/UNESP, and held the positions of Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Production Engineering at FEB/UNESP. He is a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow in the field of Production Engineering. He has published more than one hundred articles in journals and conferences, authored or co-authored over ten books and book chapters, and supervised more than one hundred postdoctoral, doctoral, masters, MBA/specialization, undergraduate research, and capstone projects. He maintains active scientific collaborations with researchers in Turkey, India, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Greece, and Ireland. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
