Evaluation of vine cultivars BRS Vitória, BRS Isis and BRS Núbia grafted on different rootstocks

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the productive potential of the grape cultivars 'BRS Vitória', 'BRS Isis' and 'BRS Núbia'. The treatments will consist of the combination of these cultivars with the rootstocks IAC 766 'Campinas', IAC 572 'Jales' and 'Paulsen 1104', being evaluated separately each cultivar canopy, thus totaling three experiments. The experimental areas are located in the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences (FCA)/UNESP located in São Manuel, SP (22°44'28'' S. and 48°34'37'' O). After pruning production, the duration of phenological stages will be evaluated, calculated in days between pruning and the stages of cotton yolk, sprouting, appearance of inflorescence, flowering, beginning of maturation of the berries and harvest. At harvest, the production components (number of bunches per plant, yield and yield), physical characteristics of bunches and berries and the chemical characteristics of grape must (soluble solids content, titratable acidity, pH and maturation index) will be evaluated. Biochemical analyses will be: anthocyanin, flavonoid, polyphenol, antioxidant activity by DPPH and antioxidant capacity contents by frap method. The data will be submitted to variance analysis and the means will be compared by the Tukey test (pd 0.05). (AU)
