Abstract

In this request, we aim to replace equipment in the DNA sequencing and mass spectrometry facilities at CEFAP-USP. We are requesting the NextSeq2000 large-scale sequencer, which will replace the current NextSeq500 equipment at CEFAP through a trade-in process. Additionally, we are also requesting two chromatography systems, Vanquish Neo and Vanquish Flex, for use in conjunction with the mass spectrometers at the center. (AU)
