The present research proposal configures itself as continuity and unfolds the study of Doctorate entitled "Human Constitution, Disability and Education: Problematizing the concept of compensation in historical-cultural perspective". It is a theoretical-empirical research, whose overall objective is to ascertain the conception of language, personality and human development from a historical-cultural perspective, bringing into discussion the problematization of the case of a student with Down syndrome in terms of inclusive education in a public school. Outlines the specific objectives: 1- Understand the dynamics of production of meanings, as these become co-incidents or not, and the effects on modes of participation of the subjects in educational practices.2- Investigate the place and the role of language/word of another in the organization of thought and in support of the forms of actions of the child with disabilities. This research is based on a vast collection of empirical material, recorded during the years 2010 to 2012 and that relates to situations involving the student in focus.
