Abstract

This project aims to draw upon the considerations of Friedrich Nietzsche and Foucault, what we might call a "genealogy" of the practice of health care. With the use of two theoretical points arising from Reichian and Foucaultian studies - the aesthetics of the self and the process of self-regulation - depart from the assumptions of therapeutic intervention as a way of perpetuating control over the uses of the delights difficult, using standard practices and resistance to existing processes of subjectivity in contemporary. Taking these devices as subjectivizing practices, we intend to develop this project stage, the theoretical considerations that allow interface between Reich, Foucault and Nietzsche regarding provision of therapy and health care.
