Abstract

The following research project proposes to tag texts in the Spanish language, which are part of the database of the Research Project Pedagogical Bilingual Lexicography: preparation of a Portuguese-Spanish dictionary prototype for the production of texts in High School (FAPESP Process 2013-26809-0) which objective is the preparation of a prototype of an active Spanish dictionary for Brazilian students. The referred corpus was collected from Spanish language textbooks and newspapers from several Hispanic countries. After these texts are tagged, they will be inserted in the Unitex software so they can be used for gathering contexts of a sample of Spanish language lexical units, that can be used in the future as an example for the preparation of the dictionary prototype aforementioned. Therefore, it proposes to tag the texts, insert them in the software above-mentioned, and test its operation based on the selection and analysis of the samples and their context of use.
