Abstract

We will study discontinuous oriented foliations and regularization processes. The process introduced by Sotomayor and Teixeira proposes the use of monotonic transition functions. With this process, the sliding appears as a limit of invariant manifolds of the regularized system. In this project we intend to use regularization without the requirement of monotonicity. (AU)
