Abstract

(EN) The present invention relates to a device for detecting the ADAM10 biomarker for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, preferably being disposable immunosensors, which offers a number of advantages when compared with other devices for the same purpose, including a high level of sensitivity, being furthermore capable of indicating different stages of the disease. The present invention also relates to methods of application of said device and the use thereof for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. In addition, the present invention relates to the method of application of the ELISA procedure for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
