Bachelor in Food Process Engineering (UNICAMP, 2000) and PhD in Food Process Engineering (UNICAMP, 2005). Post-Doc for 3 years in UNICAMP and for 5 months in Denmark Technical University in the group coordinated by Professor Rafiqul Gani. Works on Process Engineering, focusing on Lipid Technology and biodiesel (physical properties, applied thermodynamics, separation processes, computational simulation, liquid-liquid equilibria and vapor-liquid equilibria). In 2006 received the Award given by Bunge Foundation-Youth Category in the area of Food Science and Technology. Associate Professor in the Department of Process and Product Development, at the School of Chemical Engineering, UNICAMP. In 2024 received the ProEEC Award from Unicamp. Since July/2025, coordinates the Interdisciplinary Higher Education Program - ProFIS at Unicamp. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
