Adriano A. G. Siqueira is an Associate Professor at the São Carlos School of Engineering, University of São Paulo, with a distinguished background in robotics, exoskeletons, interactive robotic systems, robotic rehabilitation, and robust control. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (1999) and a doctorate in Electrical Engineering (2004), both from USP. He completed postdoctoral studies at USP (2005) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (2012). He earned his associate professorship in 2011, focusing on exoskeletons for rehabilitation. He holds a Research Productivity Grant (PQ-B) from the CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development). He was coordinator of the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at EESC/USP (2021-2025) and director of the Center for Applied Engineering in Health (2020-2024). He has a strong presence in research projects funded by agencies such as FAPESP, CAPES, and CNPq, with an emphasis on robotic rehabilitation, exoskeletons, and robust control. He serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for international journals and is an associate editor of the Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering. He has received numerous national and international awards for his supervision of award-winning papers and for his scientific output, in addition to receiving several awards as the best undergraduate student, including the Academic Excellence Award from USP.
