Abstract

Under the background of the globalization of fruits supply chain, the international scientific and technological cooperation collaborates to explore the key scientific issues of fruit cold chain environment monitoring and quality control. The proposed project aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of fruit industry, improve the utilization rate of postharvest resources. In view of the global common demand and postharvest loss and difficult dynamic quality monitoring of fruits, quality control mechanism based on spatiotemporal information fusion perception of fruit storage and transportation environment is proposed. In this study, apple, orange, and mango are taken as the research object (comprehensive fruit production, consumption and export optimization). The mechanism of biocontrol of green and safe fruits after harvest will be investigated, and coupling law of information perception of storage and transportation environment and dynamic quality of fruit will be explored. The mechanism of sensing information encoding, and cross-modal mutual attention will be used, and the spatiotemporal dynamic quality prediction model of fruit based on multi-source sensing information deep learning will be constructed. The nondestructive dynamic monitoring and model sharing method of fruit quality will be established with photoelectric sensor as the information sensing core. The smart contract establishes consensus mechanism based on environmental and quality parameters, and the real-time trusted visual monitoring method of intelligent regulation of fruit storage and transportation quality will be built. This project provides theoretical basis and practical application and method reference for improving the control of postharvest fruit loss along the cold chain. It will be useful for the storage and processing industry and agricultural engineering. (AU)
