Abstract

The adoption of private education systems apostilled municipality administrations appears as an increasing trend in the state of São Paulo, especially from the mid-2000s, strongly driven by the contemporary process of decentralization of basic education, has been the object of study in some research fronts. At the core of this trend, a new phenomenon appears to emerge, namely the so-called "desapostilamento", whose reasons and consequences are still receiving more accurate analysis. Considering the above, the present research has as main objective to analyze the recent phenomenon of "desapostilamento" municipality public school system in Martinópolis, in order to understand their reason (s) (s) and its development, from the perspective of teachers themselves. Therefore, research on screen - qualitative - will make use of the following methodology for data collection: bibliographic, documentary research, and semi-structured interview type with ten municipality elementary school teachers, two from each of the five existing schools in the municipality, which will be randomly chosen. The final analysis of the data gathered will be made in the light of the theoretical framework guiding the research and through content analysis. (AU)
