Abstract

According to the execution of the practice abroad, this project suggests to know the relation between the local and the extra-local real estate's agents in the production of the urban space and their relation with the expansion and complexity of the real estate market in Argentina. The purpose is based on the concrete case of an intermediate city of Argentina, Tandil, in the state of Buenos Aires with the investigation of some of the effects of those processes in the intra-urban space. Along with the investigation performed in Brazil, a comparative analysis between that reality mentioned and the situation in the changes in the intermediate cities in Brazil is going to be established. In this case of Presidente Prudente and São José do Rio Preto, such cities have a unique characteristics and a complexity of active real estate agents (developers, constructors, real estate agencies, etc.), which organizations and activities will be investigated.
