Abstract

The project consists in studying the impact and extent of different forms of public funding on the degree of novelty of innovation in Brazil. The hypothesis is that the public support is related with different degrees of novelty of innovation, and it is public support for R&D that can generate the innovations of higher degree of novelty, as new-to-the-world.
