Abstract

This research and technological innovation project is part of the rational use of renewable energy through biomass. Currently, technical solutions for the benefit of biomass and waste, enabling fuel production, energy, and chemical insums are already regularized. The innovation of this project lies in the coupling of an inline detector of adsorbents and biochar obtained after extraction in a high quality final subcritical water for purification of components and online ana lise of the results through the coupling of HPLC in the pilot plant. This work aims to integrate the extraction and purification processes in a sub/supercritical technology unit. After pretreatment, the raw material is subjected to extraction with water to subcritical conditions to obtain an extract; the continuation passes through a column containing several types of biochar and adsorbents for purification. It will be possible to get as curved results of the kinetics of retention of compounds in the solution, identify the behavior of the adsorbent concerning saturation or obstruction, and the presence of some preferential paths in the column bed filled with the adsorbent and or biochar.
