Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought several challenges to people with disabilities, and the community support offered was of great value for better coping with the pandemic. Thus, as part of a global survey, video-called interviews were conducted with people with disabilities over 18 years of age or people over 18 years of age who are related to people with disabilities of any age, as a way of understanding what community support has been offered in Brazil during the pandemic. Thus, this study aims to analyze the data of qualitative interviews through the N-VIVO software available in the institution abroad (CanChild). The analyses will be performed through a theoretical approach of constructivism and codified by the induction method. Data from Brazil will be described, and compared with data from Canada. In addition, the student will participate in the process of preparing version 2.0 of the Measure of Processes of Care (MPOC) evaluation instrument and, after its completion, will perform the translation to the Brazilian Portuguese and its cross-cultural adaptation to Brazil, after the completion of the elaboration. This methodology will follow the procedures established by Beaton (2000) and Guillemin et al. (1993), following the criteria established by COSMIN (2019). (AU)
