Associate Professor and Full Professor of Dietetics, Department of Public Policy and Public Health, Health and Society Institute, Federal University of São Paulo, Baixada Santista Campus; RD Nutritionist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUC-Campinas (1984), has a master's degree (1990) and a doctorate (1996) in Nutrition Science from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP, and a post-doctorate in Nutrition from the Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP (2005). Associate Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Nutrition-PUC-Campinas/Brazil, and the Journal of Public Health-USP/Brazil. Coordinates the Nutrition and Poverty Study Group of the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of São Paulo - IEA/USP. Advisor in the Postgraduate Program in Nutrition, at the Federal University of São Paulo. Coordinates the University Extension Projects: Special Interest Group in Dietetics - SIG-Dietética (since 2017) and "Panela Aberta" (since 2018). Coordinates the Health and Nutrition Axis of the National Institute of Science and Technology Fight against Hunger - CNPq. Has experience in Human #8203;#8203;Nutrition, with emphasis on dietetics, micronutrients and food quality indicators, with partnerships in Brazilian Universities (USP, UNICAMP, UERJ, UFPR) and in the United States (SJSU), England (LSHTM), Canada (MSVU) and Portugal (UnPorto).
