Advisor in the Postgraduate Program in Nutrition, at the Federal University of São Paulo. Coordinates the University Extension Projects: Special Interest Group in Dietetics - SIG-Dietética (since 2017) and "Panela Aberta" (since 2018). Coordinates the Health and Nutrition Axis of the National Institute of Science and Technology Fight against Hunger - CNPq. Has experience in Human #8203;#8203;Nutrition, with emphasis on dietetics, micronutrients and food quality indicators, with partnerships in Brazilian Universities (USP, UNICAMP, UERJ, UFPR) and in the United States (SJSU), England (LSHTM), Canada (MSVU) and Portugal (UnPorto).
