Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease. Central nervous system involvement occurs in up to 70% of the patients and cognitive impairment is one of he major manifestations. The objective of this study is to determine if abnormal hippocampal signal and volume correlate with cognitive imapirment.
