Abstract

The relationship between obesity and cardiometabolic risk is increasingly present in scientific studies. We can distinguish the presence of such comorbidities with the onset of cerebrovascular diseases, which may be responsible for the development of dementia boards and other cognitive disorders. However, there are no conclusive studies that relate to insulin resistance with cognitive disorders and memory in sedentary and trained obese. Likewise it is important to elucidate the role of some adipokines and myokines on memory. Therefore, it is necessary to study in humans, the role of these molecules in cognitive function or not resistant obese insulin and physiological and cognitive implications of different forms of treatment involved in diseases. Thinking about the complexity of these multifactorial diseases, and the various possibilities of treatment, this study aims to compare the effects of a physical training program combined isolation, to an interdisciplinary treatment program, analyzing the immediate and chronic responses of adipokines, metabolic biomarkers, myokines immunological and related to cognitive resistant obese or non insulin. The sample will consist of 100 obese individuals of both sexes aged 30 to 50 years. Volunteers will be randomized into three groups: Group Physical Exercise, Interdisciplinary Treatment Group and Control Group. It will also be held in the split-resistant (IR) and non-resistant (NRI) insulin after intervention from the results HOMA. To determine the chronic response (72 hours after the session) and immediate (before the session and 1h) after treatment, will evaluate serum parameters: Irisina, BDNF, IGF-1, FGF-21, adiponectin, insulin, Clusterin, Glutamine, glutamate, AST, ALT and Leptin.In relation to memory and learning, they will be used some questionnaires validated scientifically, such as QMPR, Waiss-III / Memory, Test Mini-Mental State. the test for normality check, ANOVA with post-hoc Newman-Keuls and possible correlations will be held. It is believed that the cardiometabolic risk can impair cognitive function in obese, however, it is expected that such damage is influenced by the degree of insulin resistance (IR). Besides the RI, changes in serum concentrations of some myokines, growth factors and adipokines may mediate cognition and memory loss in obese individuals. The possible benefits of combined exercise training on memory and cognition may be related to modulation myokines, growth factors, immune and adipokines. It is also expected that the interdisciplinary therapy may be more effective than physical training combined alone to control / prevention of cognitive disorders and obese memory. (AU)
