Abstract The present project seeks to expand the knowledge of the enzimatic machinary of three unique secondary metabolic class, including the genome mining of the marine bacterium Pseudovibrio brasiliensis Ab134, as well as the search for the gene clusters responsible for the biosynthesis of the ±-nitropyrones, isopyrophen e naphthoquinoneimine, in the genome of the marine-erived fungus Aspergillus sp. DLM38, roussoelatide in Roussoella sp. DLM33, and phomactins into the genome of Biatriospora sp. CBMAI 1333. | |
